Founding Partners
Help build healthcare without plastic disposables.
We are taking the first steps with a small group of hospitals. You test first, help shape the cup and have a say in what we make next.
Working together
What you get and what we ask.
What you get
- First access to our cups, for a pilot on your own wards.
- A say in the design: what your nurses tell us goes into the cup.
- Input into which disposables we make after the cup.
- A dedicated contact in our team.
- If you wish, we announce our findings together.
What we ask
- One or more wards willing to use the cups on their usual medication rounds.
- Honest feedback from nurses, including when something disappoints.
- A contact person who leads the pilot inside the hospital.
- Time for an evaluation at the end of the pilot.
In October 2026 the first sample cups go to hospitals that are considering a pilot. Our own data (details and source)

Who it is for
Is this for you?
Founding Partners are hospitals and healthcare organisations that want less plastic waste. They do not want to wait for someone else to solve it. Often there is already a green team or a sustainability lead driving it.
You do not need to be a large hospital. You do need a ward that is keen to try something new.
Why now
Less disposable plastic is already on the agenda.
Green Deal Duurzame Zorg
Signatories of the Dutch Green Deal on sustainable healthcare work towards lower CO₂ emissions and less waste. A pilot with a cup without plastic is a concrete step for disposables.
CSRD and Scope 3
If you report on Scope 3, for example under the CSRD, the emissions of the products you buy count too. Medicine cups are part of that.
Milieuthermometer Zorg
With the Milieuthermometer Zorg, Dutch care organisations show how far they have come with sustainability. Waste and purchasing count towards it.
Joining
Up and running in three steps.
- 1
Introductory meeting
We visit, bring the cup and listen to what you want to achieve.
- 2
Agree the plan
Together we set out which wards take part, how long the pilot runs and what we measure.
- 3
Start
We deliver the cups and stay closely involved. After the pilot we decide together on next steps.
Questions
What partners ask us.
What does it cost to join?
That depends on the pilot. We agree it with each hospital.
Are we committed to anything afterwards?
No. We agree up front what you do and do not commit to. A pilot is a trial, not an order.
Which products come after the cup?
The medicine cup will be followed by a lid, then larger cups and coffee cups, then small trays and kidney dishes. Beyond healthcare we aim to make the first products from 2029. This is an ambition. The order and timing after the medicine cup are not fixed yet. Goal (details and source) Which products come first is something we decide with our partners.
Can we join later?
Yes. But those who join now have the most influence on the cup and the products that follow.
Keen to build with us? We will bring the cup.
